Beth Williams is a Certified Personal Trainer with NAFC and combines her expertise of weight training, yoga, functional movement and Pilates to give you a balanced personal training session. Regular personal training sessions strengthen your body with the use of weights and  bands and help you to lose those extra pounds and so that you feel better than you've felt in years. Learn how to target and strengthen your areas of weakness and improve flexibility and range of motion so that your body feels balanced and you are able to do what you most enjoy in life.
